How do I backup the content of my .TEL domain?

You can backup (export) the content of your .TEL domain by doing the following:
1. Visit http://telhosting.name.com and login
2. Click on 'Settings' at the top of the page
3. Click on 'Backup/Restore Domain'
4. Select the domain and file
5. Click 'Restore'
